Shipping times, prices, and availability may vary depending on product type, destination, and courier conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or courier service errors. Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and receiving parcels in a timely manner.
Shipping Policy - the basics
We ship rooted plants, cuttings, and plant-related goods with care and quality packaging. Shipping is available within [your region/country] and select international destinations. Orders are usually processed within a week and shipped every Monday.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. We do not refund items due to missed deliveries, postal delays, or unclaimed packages.
Live plants are shipped with protective materials (e.g., moss, insulation, or heat packs as needed). Please open your package immediately upon arrival to ensure the health of your plants.
What to include in the Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
We process orders within 2–5 business days. Plants are shipped every Monday to minimize weekend delays. You will receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
Shipping Regions & Rates
We currently ship within Sweden and select EU countries.

Domestic (Sweden): 1–3 business days – 59kr flat rate

Europe: 4–8 business days – rates calculated at checkout
Free domestic shipping on orders over 800kr.
Packaging
All plants are shipped with care – usually bare root in moist moss, or with pot if specified. We use insulation materials and weather protection as needed.
Heat Packs
From November to March, we offer optional heat packs for sensitive shipments. Please add one to your cart if temperatures are low in your region. We are not liable for cold damage if no heat pack is included.
Delivery & Responsibility
Once an order leaves our hands, shipping responsibility transfers to the courier. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or mishandling by shipping companies.
Customs (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions. We do not provide phytosanitary certificates.
Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Refunds are not issued for unclaimed packages.
Live Plant Arrival
Open your package immediately. If there is visible damage or a serious issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
