Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons related to natural variation, shipping stress, or customer care after delivery. Refund Policy - the basics
Thank you for shopping with NorthGreen. We take great care to ship healthy, well-packaged plants and products. Because we work with living plants, our refund policy has specific conditions to protect both you and the plants.
Refund Eligibility
We may offer a refund or partial refund only under the following conditions:

The plant or product arrived severely damaged or dead on arrival

You contacted us within 24 hours of delivery and provided clear photos of the issue

The issue is not caused by shipping delays, weather exposure, or customer handling
We do not offer refunds for:

Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., bent leaves, minor yellowing)

Normal shipping stress

Natural differences in size, shape, or variegation

Late pickups or unclaimed packages

Incorrect address provided at checkout

Live plants affected by care after delivery (watering, lighting, pests, etc.)
